1. The amounts given above are prices in Polish Zlotys, VAT excluded.
2. Rates are negotiable and determined by client’s timeline and project particulars.
3. One page stands for a portion of texts consisting of 1800 characters spaces included.
4. Standard mode stands for 5 pages a day, express 6-10 pages a day.
5. Translation services quote, based on documents provided by the client, is free.

1. Order is deemed placed once the client’s approval of service quote and regulations is confirmed via email.
2. Interpreter’s production time starts at the hour specified by client in the agreement and finishes once the interpreter is released from service. Every commenced hour counts as full.
3. In case interpretation takes place outside interpreter’s place of residence, client shall cover interpreter’s travel and accommodation expenses.
4. Terms of payment: within 14 business days from assignment completion and delivery to client via wire transfer on bank account specified in the agreement or in cash in person.
5. Interpreter agrees and acknowledges that all translations/interpretations are strictly confidential and shall not disclose, transfer or assign them to any third person.
6. In the event of default or delay in payment on the part of the client, the translator may institute legal proceedings or other debt collection proceedings and the client shall cover all the costs incurred by the translator due to such procedures.
7. In any matters not regulated hereby the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
8. The price list is not equivalent to a trade offer defined in art. 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code.
